Another Great Cooking Class and Lunch with Payal on Monday
On the menu was: Reshmi Chicken Kebabs Coriander Chutney Homemade Pita Bread Love the chutney and the pita was so easy. I will definitely make all if this when I get home. Great company again too!

We had a wonderful Chinese dinner at the Peninsula Hotel – beautiful location! Dinner had some interesting dishes including abalone!

Rich and I had an enjoyable relaxing weekend! Friday I had a lovely spa day with the Shanghai Expats Association. It included an aerobics class and facial. Really nice!
