Kevin made reservations for us at a well known Peking duck restaurant. It was a beautiful location and the three of us had our own private room.
First Course: vegetables, fruit, shrimp and edamame
Second Course: Smoked salmon wrapped in avocado. The presentation was amazing – the salmon was under a small bell jar and when the server lifted it up a magical smoke filled cloud released!
Main Course:
Duck!
Lobster cooked in chilies
Broccoli
Dessert: Water chestnuts
And of course we sipped on Chinese tea!
Delicious and a memorable meal to end this visit to China!! Thank you Kevin!
